Marilyn LaVergne designs private and public spaces that reflect her clients' highest aspirations. She begins each project listening to understand how clients use their space and to uncover design strategies for solving problems or taking advantage of opportunities.

Throughout each project, Marilyn is led by three guiding principles:

· To incorporate art, new technology and integral materials
· To maximize her clients’ investment
After earning the Certificate of Interior Design from Parsons School of Design in New York City, Marilyn opened Sepia Home, furniture showroom and art gallery in Montclair, NJ. Later, she joined Cabinets to Go, the nation’s largest cabinetry showroom, where she designed 100’s of kitchens and bathrooms for clients in the greater New York City area.
Marilyn is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and serves on the board of its New Jersey chapter. She lives in Montclair, NJ with her husband Lance. They have four children. She has naturally curly hair!
