All work begins with a Discovery call, during which we learn about your project, your expectations and aspirations. We’ll walk you through our design process, and discuss likely next steps for designing your space.

To schedule your Discovery Call, simply complete the questionnaire on our contact page, and select a date and time for the call.

On-Site Visit

Let’s See?

Let’s proceed with an on-site meeting, so we can see your space. Either virtually or in-person, we will visit to determine the aesthetic direction and design approach for the project. Tailored to the specific space(s) to be designed, this consultation is a two (2) hour service:

We spend the first hour walking through your space to discuss as many rooms/areas as you’d like or to focus on just one area.

During this visit, show us how you live, and what you want to achieve with design. We ask questions, take notes and, perhaps, a few photos for reference afterward.

You’ll benefit most from this visit by preparing in advance.

So gather inspiration images that reflect your style. Confirm the investment you’re prepared to make in this project, and advise us on your timeline or deadlines. This helps us recommend the best design program for you.

We spend the next hour preparing the recap report, which outlines your design goals and our approach for the project. A PDF of the report is emailed to you for review and reference.

At this point, you can choose to work further with us at the Concierge, Premium DIY, or E-Design level of service. (see details below).

CONCIERGE INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE

This is our most comprehensive service. Starting from scratch, we develop your space from austere bare bones to a magazine-quality environment that reflects your aesthetic aspirations and supports your lifestyle.

This service includes space planning, sourcing/procurement of furniture, selection of fine art, floor coverings, finishes, fixtures, accessories, lighting and custom window treatments. We also coordinate trade labor, production schedules, deliveries and installations. Expect that we will come on site regularly throughout the construction/installation phase to oversee the project and to ensure that work is being done to the highest level of satisfaction.

This program is for you if …

· You have no time to shop, design, hire contractors, manage construction and oversee installations. You just want it done!

· You want an editorial-quality, totally customized interior created with exceptional design detail.

· You’re ready to trust our team to handle all phases of project management, while you attend to the other matters of your busy life.

PREMIUM DIY

The Premium DIY program gives you all the upgraded detail and artistry of a bespoke design, but allows you to proceed on your own with sourcing, shopping, construction management, installation and styling.

We provide you with an action plan, a detailed floor plan (elevations where applicable), a color story, a materials board showing luxury finishes, furniture, lighting, art, wall decor and accessories. Selections will come from both exclusive trade and retail sources.

You’ll proceed with purchasing all furnishings and you’ll manage the construction and installation of your project.

This program is for you if…

· You want a highly-customized design that’s worthy of magazine coverage.

· You are prepared to expend the time, attention and energy to execute a detailed design plan.

· You’re coachable and relieved to have professional council on what to buy, where and how to feature it in your home.

eDesign

Congratulations, you’re ready to tackle a design project in your own time as your budget allows. Yet, with this program, you will proceed confidently with guidance from an experienced interior designer.

To begin, we ask you to complete our "E-design Project Brief." This provides us insight into your vision for the project. Next, we meet virtually via FaceTime or ZOOM, to understand more about your lifestyle and to establish the overall design goals. You'll show us your inspiration images from Pinterest, instagram and design magazines. Expect we'll ask questions, and we welcome yours. Our aim is to learn as much as possible about you to create a design that you'll love!!!

The next task is yours. Provide us multiple photos of your space. Take measurements, and provide us a hand drawing of the space showing wall dimensions, placement of windows, doors and the ceiling height. Let us know the pieces you want to keep and new furnishings you want to bring in.

Expect to receive an action plan that includes a detailed floor plan showing accurate measurements, a custom color palette, a materials board showing furniture selections, lighting options, accessories, a list of retail sources and the estimated budget.

You take over from here to do your own sourcing, shopping, painting, construction (if necessary) and installations. You’ll work at your own pace, and enjoy the satisfaction of creating a professional-looking space on your own.

The fee is priced per space. However, if you're combining three (3) or more spaces, a discount will be applied to the overall fee.

This program is for you if…

· You have time and energy to source and shop for furniture, lighting, accessories and art.

· You want to do your own labor or hire your own trade professionals (painters, handy man, installers etc).

· You’re relived to have a professional designer make selections

· You want to the help of a designer to elevate your style way beyond the limits of your own imagination

Comprehensive Kitchen Design & Construction Oversight

This service is for clients who prefer to entrust the entire project to our team from start to finish. We manage, execute and oversee all facets of the project – bringing you design concepts, hiring contractors & trades people, managing construction schedules and jobs and supervising work on-site.

This allows you to focus on the other important matters in your life – work, family and social endeavors, while we create a beautiful and functional kitchen that serves your household needs and design aspirations. We begin with three development meetings.

Initial Meeting: We come to measure and learn further your dreams and aspirations for the kitchen. I’ll take notes, photos and review challenges or things you don’t want in the new kitchen.

Design Presentation: Here, you'll be presented all elements for the project, a renovation schedule and preliminary budget. In addition, when possible, you'll receive samples of cabinetry doors, tiles, flooring, paint colors, door hardware and a set of drawings (floor plan, elevations, perspectives) so you can visualize the finished project.

Trade Day: During this meeting, I bring in the fully-vetted team of professionals who’ll actually be working in your home. You’ll meet these people who will include contractors, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tile installers, painters etc. There may be additional costs if the project requires a Structural Engineer’s report.

Premium DIY Kitchen Design:

This service is for clients who want a design professional to provide the basics for the kitchen layout and recommend furnishings and materials based on our initial meeting(s). Then, I serve as a design coach to tell you what to buy, where to go and how to proceed executing the project on your own.

In the end, you will have a distinctive kitchen that reflects a professional designer’s expertise. Yet, you will invest your time and wherewithal to source your own furnishings/materials, hire contractors/trades people and oversee installations.

Here’s what you can expect:

· Accurate Measurements of your kitchen (meeting #1)

· A detailed floor plan and elevation drawing (showing measurements)

· Custom furnishings, finishes and equipment board

· A complete lighting plan

· A comprehensive list of cabinets and trims

· A line item budget, showing prices for each element of the project (except labor)

· Sourcing list with trusted vendors for cabinetry, appliances, stone counter tops, tile, hardware, accessories

· A step-by-step plan for construction and installation

· A design plan presentation with me on-site in your home (meeting #2)

With this service, we gather the information necessary for you to make informed decisions so you can proceed with confidence. If you want additional service or design advice as you’re executing this kitchen renovation, we offer consultation hours billed at our standard fee. Clients add these hours, as needed, for services such as:

· accompaniment to showroom appointments,

· selecting slabs at the stone yard,

· selecting tile materials, finishes or accessories

· offering a professional opinion on final selection of fixtures

A 2-hour minimum applies. Payment is received electronically.

Comprehensive Bathroom Design & Construction Oversight:

This service is for clients who prefer to entrust the entire bathroom renovation project to our team from start to finish. We manage, execute and oversee all facets of the project – bringing you design concepts, hiring contractors & trades people, managing construction schedules and jobs and supervising work on-site.

This allows you to focus on the other important matters in your life – work, family and social endeavors, while we create a beautiful and functional bathroom that serves your household needs and design aspirations. We begin with three development meetings.

Bathroom Design Premium DIY

This service is for clients who want a design professional to provide the basics for the bathroom layout, recommended materials and fixtures based on your needs and vision. Then, I serve as a design coach to tell you what to buy, where to go and how to proceed executing the project on your own.

In the end, you will have a gorgeous bathroom that reflects professionally-designed flair. Yet, you will invest your time and wherewithal to source your own furnishings/materials, hire contractors/trades people and oversee installations.

Here’s what you can expect:

· Accurate Measurements of your bathroom (meeting #1)

· A detailed floor plan and elevation drawing (showing measurements and placement of fixtures)

· Custom fixtures, finishes and equipment board

· A complete lighting plan

· A comprehensive source list for plumbing fixtures, vanities, storage, tile, lighting and accessories.

· A line item budget, showing prices for each element of the bathroomt (except labor)

· A step-by-step plan for construction and installation

· A design plan presentation with me on-site in your home (meeting #2)

With this service, I gather the information necessary for you to make informed decisions so you can proceed with confidence. If you want additional service or design advice as you’re executing this bathroom renovation, we offer consultation hours at our standard fee. Clients add these hours, as needed, for services such as:

· selecting stone remnants at the yard,

· selecting tile materials, finishes or accessories

· offering a professional opinion on final selection of fixtures

Color Consultation

If you want to break out of beige, take advantage of color consultation services. Clients designate the space or area to be “colored” and we will prepare comprehensive color schemes and instructions to elevate that space with color. This service includes:

1. Initial Programming Meeting to determine color preferences and direction from client.

2. Color Presentation Meeting: Presentation of two (2) color palettes, spec sheets, and explanation on where each color shall be placed.

A-La-Carte Design Services (4 hour minimum)

The services listed below are offered to clients wanting designer involvement as needed to execute ideas or tackle a design dilemma. These services are completed in 1-2 days. Tell us what you need, and we’ll accommodate you!
